Natalie S. Hairston
Vice President, IR and Chief Governance Officer
ENGlobal Corporation

Ms. Hairston joined ENGlobal in January 2004 and currently serves as its Chief Governance Officer, Corporate Vice President-Investor Relations, and Corporate Secretary. In addition to her governance and IR responsibilities, Natalie leads the Company’s SOX/SEC compliance and corporate communications efforts. Prior to joining ENGlobal, Ms. Hairston held similar positions at Chaparral Resources, Inc., an independent oil and gas company with operations in Kazakhstan, and Hondo Oil & Gas Company, an independent oil and gas company with operations in Colombia.

Before beginning her investor relations career, Natalie served as a certified corporate paralegal at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Natalie has undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and the American University of Paris, France and completed her M.B.A. in 2004 from Ellis College of the New York Institute of Technology.

She currently serves on the Senior Roundtable Steering Committee for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and is a Past President and Treasurer of the Houston chapter of NIRI. She is also a member and past Board chairperson of the Houston chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals (the "Society") and currently serves on the Society's National Committee focusing on Small & Mid Cap Companies. Other memberships include the Women's Energy Network and the Texas Exes Business Network.


Clay Jeansonne
Vice President, Investor Relations
LINN Energy, LLC

Clay Jeansonne has been Vice President – Investor Relations for LINN Energy, LLC since 2007. He began his career in oil and gas with the Louisiana Land & Exploration Company (LL&E) in 1990, holding several finance positions within that company. As a result of the merger between LL&E and Burlington Resources, Mr. Jeansonne joined Burlington as its Investor Relations Specialist. In 2001, he joined Pogo Producing Company as Corporate Director of Investor Relations and was promoted to Vice President of Investor Relations. He held that position at Pogo until the sale of the company to Plains Exploration in 2007. Mr. Jeansonne also served as Vice President – Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for CheMatch.com prior to joining Pogo.

Mr. Jeansonne received a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He is a past board member and current member of the National Investor Relations Institute – Houston Chapter. In May 2011, the Oil and Gas Investor named Mr. Jeansonne as the winner of its 2010 Best IR Program award.


Michael Rieke
Managing Editor, LNG Daily, Manager of Houston Gas and Power Market Reporting

Rieke has more than 23 years of experience covering North American and global energy industry and markets, including petroleum, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, refined products, and electric power. His has management experience overseeing energy market coverage and has been an editor of daily and weekly energy publications.

Prior to Platts, Rieke was the senior managing editor at McGraw-Hill Companies in their Oil & Energy industry publications, and was the senior energy correspondent for Dow Jones. Rieke received a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas.


Samantha Santa Maria

Santa Maria is an editor and energy analyst at Platts, where she analyses and reports on natural gas trends in North America, with a view as well on other fuels, including crude, residual fuel oil, coal and end-use markets, such as petrochemicals. She covers upstream, midstream and downstream companies, joint ventures and M&A energy activity in North America and globally. Prior to Platts, Santa Maria served as Editor at The Clarion-Ledger, Editor at Getasia, and was a reporter The Straits Times. She received her MSJ in Journalism from Northwestern University, and Nanyang Technological University.


Walt Teter
Principal and Commercial Lead
Featherwood Capital LLC

Walt Teter is the principal and commercial lead for Featherwood Capital. In his role, Teter assists clients and investors in creating value through identification of undervalued assets, and the management of permitting and commercial structuring of said opportunities. He has negotiated multiple upstream related agreements, principally targeting North America off-take, and structured and negotiated transactions, including but not limited to LNG/Gas Purchase and Sale Agreements, Capacity Agreements, JV Agreements, and related contracts.

Prior to Featherwood Capital, Teter served as the senior vice president of LNG at El Paso Energy where he was responsible for negotiating, structuring, contracting, and executing spot and long-term LNG supply contracts with a total market value of over $5 billion. Prior to El Paso Energy, Teter served as the project manager, downstream development, and a financial analyst at STATOIL in Norway and their North America headquarters in Virginia.


Brian Uhlmer, CFA
Managing Director and Senior Analyst, Energy Group
Global Hunter Securities, LLC.

Brian Uhlmer has more than a decade of relevant energy industry experience, most recently as director of research and senior oil service and engineering and construction analyst with Pritchard Capital Partners. At Pritchard Capital, he covered companies ranging in market capitalization from $100 million to $20 billion and was responsible for commodity price forecasts. He developed the Pritchard morning note layout, weekly rig count note and other new research products.

Uhlmer is a lifelong energy veteran, growing up in Australia, Malaysia, London and New Jersey as the son of a 30-year Esso employee. He received a bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and worked in the energy sector for Halliburton, KBR and Sifco in engineering and then business development roles. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Uhlmer holds an MBA from the University of Texas and the CFA charterholder designation.
